What verification means
Listing means the contractor passed the LCR Verification Standard on the dates shown in their ledger: license verified with the issuing board, current general liability COI on file, and the review floor met. It is a point-in-time public record, not a guarantee of workmanship. You contract directly with the contractor; Local Certified Roofers is not a party to your project.
Contractor terms
You certify that submitted documents are genuine and current. Lapsed verification suspends your listing automatically until valid documents are on file. Paid membership affects placement and lead routing only, is always labeled Featured Member, and is never a substitute for any verification criterion. Fraudulent documents mean permanent removal.
Homeowner terms
Quote requests are free and create no obligation. Verify final contract terms, current insurance, and permits with your contractor before work begins, exactly as our verification page teaches.
Reviews
Reviews are moderated for authenticity, profanity, and personal information. Reviews tied to routed jobs carry more weight. Contractors cannot pay to remove or reorder reviews.
